How we built a full-service digital registration platform for Catawba Yacht Club's learn-to-sail program — featuring online enrollment, real-time availability tracking, tiered pricing, waiver management, and an admin dashboard — replacing a manual email-and-paper process.

Founded in 1939, Catawba Yacht Club (CYC) is one of the Carolinas' oldest and most active sailing communities, located on the protected waters of Lake Wylie near Charlotte, NC. The club hosts competitive sailing, rowing, and youth development programs year-round.
In 2026, CYC launched "CYC 101" — a five-day, beginner-friendly Sunfish sailing clinic designed to introduce complete novices to the sport. The clinic caps enrollment at 10 participants per session to ensure personalized, hands-on instruction from experienced sailors.

A New Program with Zero Digital Infrastructure
